Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. You should be able to navigate with a keyboard, zoom content, use a screen reader, and understand content written in clear language.
Current status
We have carried out internal checks of keyboard navigation, headings, alternative text, zoom and common desktop and mobile layouts. The website has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit, and we will continue to test and improve it.
Known limitations
Our temporary My Music Staff booking and student-portal widgets may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of this website. Contact us if you need help booking or signing in, or would prefer support by phone.
Apollo Music School is upstairs and the building does not currently have step-free access or an accessible toilet. Please contact us before your visit so we can discuss your needs.
Help and alternative formats
If you cannot access something, need information in another format, or need adjustments for a lesson, contact us. We will discuss what you need and aim to respond within five working days.
