Saxophone lessons combine strong breathing and embouchure foundations with real music from the beginning. Whether you are completely new, learning through school or returning to the instrument, lessons develop tone, reading, rhythm and expression at a pace that feels achievable.

The standard lesson is 30 minutes at £20, equivalent to £40 per hour.

No. Beginners can learn notation and rhythm alongside their first notes. More experienced players can also work on playing by ear, harmony and improvisation.
Yes. Lessons can develop ensemble skills, repertoire, sight-reading, improvisation, performance confidence and graded-exam preparation where those goals are useful.
Lessons take place at 18 Wakefield Road, Pontefract, WF8 4HN. Parking is limited beside the building. Apollo is upstairs and currently has no step-free access or accessible toilet. Please contact us before booking if you would like to discuss access.
